2017 Circle of Excellence Sales Award® Applications

NJ REALTORS® Announces Extension to Circle of Excellence Application Deadline

Recent communications from NJ REALTORS: Due to the severity of the snow storm, and in consideration of members' safety as many will be travelling to submit their Circle of Excellence applications, we will be pushing back the application deadline to close of business on Monday, January 8, 2018. This means two things---1.)The online payment/management system will stay open until 5 PM on Monday, Jan 8, 2018. 2.) The local Board may accept applications until the close of business on Monday, January 8, 2018.

OCBR Responds to Toms River’s Revised Peddling and Soliciting Ordinance


On June 23rd, the Township of Toms River passed a revision to Ordinance Chapter 391, which covers Peddling and Soliciting, as well as Neighborhood Canvassing. The Ocean County Board of REALTORS® is the local trade association that represents local REALTORS®, and is dedicated to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
