within Ocean County creating and maintaining a positive and productive working relationship between memberREALTORS® and target Association leadership. To promote, enhance and develop plans for improved communications including, but not limited to dissemination of Association By-laws, POS’s and Association concerns to the OCBR membership and make such covenants available for Member download on the OCBRwebsite, Association Governing Documents and Covenants. Committee members will also provide advisory support for Association/Adult community activities and will actively participate as a member of the Community Associations Institute. BUDGET/FINANCE
BYLAWS Reviews the Ocean County Board of REALTORS® Bylaws for conformance with the Bylaws of the National Association of REALTORS® and recommends other revisions where appropriate. CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE AWARDS CLUB
