Who are Affiliates and why do they help?

A real estate transaction today requires more than two willing

individuals and a handshake. Many certifications, inquiries and

disclosures are required by law. Often our Affiliate Members are

those individuals you can rely on and trust for these services that

are part of the total real estate transaction. By becoming an Affiliate

Member of the Ocean County Board of REALTORS ®, these

professionals also help by educating and counseling REALTORS ®

to the specific practices of their individual field.
