We are proud to present Maria as our REALTOR® of the Year for 2007. Maria is Broker/Owner of Realty Executives Integrity First Realty, Inc.  She is a real estate professional with a vast knowledge of the industry as well as customer service.  Her leadership and outstanding character have served as a guiding light and a strong influence to many Real Estate professionals.  Maria is dedicated to a number of community service programs and is always eager to lend a helping hand.

Maria has been a long-time member of the Equal Opportunity In Housing Committee, having started in 1998-2006. She served as Chairman in 2004 and Vice Chairman in 2006. Maria’s focus and drive played a large role in the success of the Board’s annual Equal Opportunity in Housing Poster and Essay contest. Through years of dedication to this program, the contest eventually grew to a level that would prompt the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® to create a statewide poster contest of their own. Maria has also been heavily involved with our REALTORS® Risk Reduction committee, starting in 2004, serving as Vice Chairman in 2005 and 2007. Maria has also served as a valued member of our Board of Directors since 2006.

With twenty-two years of experience and her own quiet grace, Maria stands out as a leader and true role model. Her actions speak louder than words. She exhibits dedication and commitment to both the REALTOR® industry as well as her community. She is willing to lend a hand, get involved and above all “do the right thing.” Someone once said, “ the heart of a volunteer is not measured in size but by the dept of commitment to make a difference in the lives of others.” In today’s society, this is truly a rare quality. Professionalism, compassion, understanding and dedication are just a few qualities that bring her to mind when we think of “REALTOR® Of The Year”.
