Updated flood hazard maps for Ocean County have been released by the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Region II office.

Ocean County showed strong numbers for the beginning of 2015. December 2014 finished strong, and January 2015 has nearly doubled those numbers. Home values are rising and giving the market a positive outlook for 2015.
